          We put knee on the exclusive knee Matte and set abdominal muscle roller on floor. We get down on all fours on floor and hold grip of right and left of abdominal muscle roller with both hands.

          We roll forward slowly while being conscious of abdominal muscle while breathing in.

          It falls down to floor slowly not to strongly hit face and body. ※Please keep momentum that own physical strength included in mind.

          We get down on all fours again without using abdominal muscle roller and repeat 1-3 again.

          Not straight, we can do training that the middle real intention moves stomach bias muscle by moving diagonally.
