Of standard mode and human trunk mode, two kinds can train
It is ekuriasupotsu "pushup bar" of 2WAY type.

Human trunk mode
Human trunk mode can do push-up while training balance with soft grip with unevenness as the handle side.
Please train to do training more effectively while being conscious of basic form and breathing.
We may hurt shoulder or waist when we break form. You keep right form in mind, and please train.
We set pushup bar in trapezoid-shape by width that is slightly wider than the width of the shoulders on floor and have grip with both hands well.
We are conscious so that shoulder blade becomes M-shaped and bend arm while breathing in and lower chest to limit.
We wake up the upper part of the body while breathing out to push the ground. ※Please keep momentum that own physical strength included in mind.
We repeat action of 1-3.
