About false cancellation of our service rate
Dear Sir or Madam
We would like to express our sincere thanks for your continued support.
What request for November, 2019 took the wrong in we monthly basis service offering by the portable carrier settlement [the docomo payment/au simple settlement], and might be canceled became clear in investigation in us. About customer corresponded to, notice email of charging cancellation may be sent.
However, request will occur again from (December, 2019) in the next month as we continue contract and monthly basis charging in the customer that request for November, 2019 was canceled. We do not do second request, and, as for the request of canceled November, 2019, there is not need of payment from us.
We sincerely apologize for having caused great trouble.

1: Target customer
Customer who purchases our software in ELECOM Apps Store or portable carrier shop, and has payment of continuation charging by the portable carrier settlement [the docomo payment/au simple settlement].
2: Target monthly basis service
Target monthly basis service application is as follows.
